We’re testing out a new support feature within Raven: live chat. If you’re logged into your account, underneath the resources drop down is an option for live chat. If one of us is available (we’re in the process of coming up with a schedule), the green light will be on and you can initiate a chat with us, and we’re more than happy to give you a hand with whatever you may need. Even if you just want to give us some feedback, we’re always happy to hear it.
