Unlike other services that charge you for managing each website, you get to manage as many websites as you want. You can create and manage unlimited Profiles and websites.

Each account gets an allowance of 300 keywords. If you go past the 300 keyword limit, you will be billed $0.02 per additional keyword per search engine. For example, if you wanted to track 600 keywords, it would cost an additional $6 per month. If you wanted to track 2,400 keywords it would cost an additional $48 per month.

Every account has the ability to share Profiles. You can set the sharing permissions to Read Only or Read/Write. Read Only permissions will allow the user to view website details, but it won't allow them to make changes. Read/Write permissions will allow the user to make changes to any website in your Profile, including the ability to add keywords.
